Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Leadline Web LLC's services and website at leadlineweb.com. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Leadline Web LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides custom website design, development, and hosting services for small businesses. Services include:

• Custom website design and development
• Website hosting via Netlify
• Domain connection and setup
• Ongoing website updates and maintenance

2. Free Demo

We may, at our discretion, build a free demo website for prospective clients at no cost and with no obligation. The demo is provided as a preview of our work only. We reserve the right to take down any demo site at any time. Demo sites do not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of services.

3. Payment Terms

All projects are billed as follows:

• 50% deposit is due upon agreement to proceed with a project. Work begins only after the deposit is received.
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the site goes live.
• Monthly fees are billed automatically on the same date each month and cover hosting, SSL security, and content updates as defined by your plan: Starter ($29/mo — 1 update/month), Growth ($49/mo — unlimited updates, priority response), Pro ($99/mo — unlimited updates, monthly performance report, priority support).

All fees are in US dollars. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Monthly Services & Cancellation

Monthly service plans continue until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at contact@leadlineweb.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your site will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial months
• We will provide you with all website files upon request so you may host your site elsewhere

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, you own the content of your website including text, images you provided, and your business information. Leadline Web retains the right to display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials.

We retain ownership of any proprietary code, frameworks, or design systems used in building your site until full payment is received.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information for your website
• Ensuring you have the rights to any content, images, or logos you provide to us
• Reviewing and approving your website before it goes live
• Keeping your contact and billing information up to date

7. Revisions

We work with you until you're satisfied with the design before launch. Post-launch changes are covered by your monthly plan within reasonable scope. Large-scale redesigns or additions of significant new sections may be quoted as separate projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

Leadline Web LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or your website. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Hosting & Uptime

Your website is hosted on Netlify's infrastructure. While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for outages caused by Netlify or other third-party providers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
